Thus, they are well-prepared to work in an international context and their hard skills and soft skills enable them to take on management roles. This includes:

    preparing and making decisions
recognizing and taking international market opportunities
showing good leadership and creative problem solving
and being a good team player and being communicative

Advanced foreign language skills provide further confidence in our graduates.

Career Prospects

Our International Management BA course of study is a professional training including 6 semesters of standard study duration. You will be taught hands-on knowledge, based on theoretical basics and the concepts, methods and processes as required in the working world - thus training you for junior positions.

The employment market increasingly requires future leaders - in addition to skills and qualifications - to be able to act with confidence when working in an international setting. Even small or medium-sized businesses are active not only within the European market but also on a global scale.

This will cause a rising demand for internationally prepared management staff. This is what our Bachelor programme "International Management" is providing: future leaders who are well-prepared for intercultural requirements. Advanced language skills, internationalized business studies held in English language and a compulsory term abroad give them an edge over their competitors in the professional market.

The programme meets the current demands placed on multi-tier university degree programmes by companies and associations.

The Bachelors degree programme allows students to take on junior positions easily. Alternatively, students may opt for continuing their studies and gaining a Masters degree.
