Informationen zur Person

Prof. Rüschoff ist als Professorin für Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Westfälischen Hochschule am Campus Bocholt tätig.

Nach Ihrem Studium der Psychologie promovierte Prof. Rüschoff an der Universität Groningen (Niederlande) zur Rolle sozialer Netzwerke in schulischen und beruflichen Übergängen.

Im Anschluss arbeitete Prof. Rüschoff in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie als wissenschaftliche Projektleiterin am Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung mit Schwerpunkten in der beruflichen Kompetenzdiagnostik und -entwicklung. Darüber hinaus war Prof. Rüschoff als wissenschaftliche Beraterin zim AI and the Future of Skills (AIFS) der OECD tätig.

Ihre Forschungsinteressen liegen im Bereich der der beruflichen Entwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf den Themen Burnout und Engagement, insbesondere in beruflichen Übergängen und frühen beruflichen Entwicklungsphasen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich der beruflichen Kompetenzdiagnostik und beruflicher Kompetenzanforderungen, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund einer sich wandelnden Arbeitswelt.
